STORE POLICY

Our monuments are custom made for you.  Once your purchase has been made and production begins, there will be no refunds. However, production will not begin until we generate a CAD drawing for approval.  Each customer must verify the proof by way of signature prior to the start of production.

If you request a refund prior to the stone going into production we will charge a 10% restocking fee.
